Digital Course Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
- You have not downloaded or accessed downloadable course materials
- You have not received a certificate of completion
- The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses that have been completed (100% completion)
- Certificates of completion that have been issued
- Downloadable course materials that have been accessed
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift purchases (see Gift Policy below)
- Bundled courses where more than 25% of any course has been completed
Course Cancellation
By Student
You may cancel your course enrollment at any time. However, refunds will only be issued according to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
By Design Studio
We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue a course at any time. In such cases:
- If a course is cancelled before you begin, you will receive a full refund
- If a course is cancelled after you have started, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining course content
- We will provide at least 14 days' notice of course cancellation when possible
- You may be offered the option to transfer to an alternative course
Subscription Services
If you have purchased a subscription service:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Refunds for annual subscriptions are prorated based on unused months
Gift Purchases
If you have received a course as a gift:
- Gift recipients may request a refund within 30 days of gift redemption
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser, not the gift recipient
- Gift purchases are subject to the same refund terms as regular purchases
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course:
- Contact our technical support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved and prevents course completion, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Refunds for technical issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Refund Processing
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
- Refuse future service if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. Refund requests outside of our standard policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to:
- Medical emergencies
- Bereavement
- Military deployment
- Other extenuating circumstances

Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If a course or service has a major problem, you may be entitled to:
- A refund
- Replacement or repair
- Compensation for damages
A "major problem" includes situations where the service is significantly different from what was described, is unfit for its intended purpose, or has a problem that would have prevented you from purchasing it had you known about it.
